PPG Industries’ industrial coatings business has published a brochure covering its full line of coating, pretreatment and customer support solutions for designers and manufacturers of consumer electronics.

The four-page booklet details PPG’s environmentally-friendly powder coatings, along with liquid coatings such as ultraviolet (UV)-cure, polyurethane, waterborne, soft-touch and non-conductive vacuum metallizing (NCVM) products. ELECTROTOUGH epoxy electrocoats (e-coats) and ELECTROCOLOR acrylic e-coats also are highlighted.

The brochure also describes PPG’s integrated line of pretreatment products, which fight corrosion and promote adhesion of coatings on substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum and magnesium.

Readers will learn about PPG’s extensive customer support capabilities, including strategically located global design centers, the annual PPG Styling Directions tool kit, and the PPG MOSAIC color library, an open-source collection of three-dimensional colors that enables product designers to initiate their own color development work.
